What this service is, what it is not, and where the responsibility sits.
What MultiWallet is
A wallet interface for several blockchains. You may connect a wallet you control, in which case we never hold your assets or your keys. You may also open an account with us, in which case we hold a balance for you on our ledger and process deposits and withdrawals on your instruction.
Your keys are your responsibility
For a connected wallet, we cannot recover your recovery phrase, reset your password, reverse a transaction or restore access to an address. Nobody can. If you lose the phrase, the funds are gone permanently — this is a property of the technology, not a policy we could change.
Accounts and withdrawals
Withdrawals from an account may require two-factor confirmation and administrative approval before they are broadcast, and may be delayed or refused where the law or a competent authority requires it or where we reasonably suspect fraud or error.
Prices shown in the app
Some assets carry a market price from a third-party feed. Others — those issued for this platform and quoted on no exchange — carry a reference price that we publish, and the app labels it as such wherever it appears. A reference price is not a market quote, not a guarantee of value, and not an offer to buy or sell at that figure.
Not financial advice
Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice. Digital assets can lose their entire value. You are responsible for deciding whether to hold or move them, and for the tax consequences where you live.
Test networks
Assets on a test network have no value and exist for testing. Where the app is connected to one it says so on the screen.
Who may use this
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using this kind of service under the laws that apply to you. You may not use it to break the law.
Limits
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost assets, or losses arising from your own key handling, from a blockchain network, or from a third party we do not control.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; material changes will be announced in the app, in advance where we are able to. The governing law and the venue for disputes are to be completed before launch.
